Because we swim in a sea of thoughts

Selfportrait Henry Timisela - Oostende BelgiumEver since I can remember I’ve always enjoyed the beach. Sundays after church my grandfather took me to Dutch beaches such as Scheveningen and Zandvoort. And I kept enjoying them ever since.

I’ve seen Italian shores, waves from Spain, Turkish coral, Moroccan breeze and not the least my beloved Moluccan oceans. And it’s always that exciting feeling that comes to you… when you still can’t see the beach, but you hear her waves and feel the wind blowing through your hair. The warm sun bathes your skin. And all you can say is: ‘I’m back‘.

Back to me.

Love,
Henry
